280 sqm, single family dwelling, completed 1991, Jasmine street Mevasseret Jerusalem, for the Hovav Family.
The approach to this house sitting on a steep slope is by a bridge suspended between the street and the entrance veranda. At the entrance, it is already possible to see through the glass doors to the high residential space and through it, through the sculptured openings in the niches of the northern façade wall, to the spectacular view visible to the north. The northern stone wall is 1.2m thick and from it are carved out niches in various sizes and at varying angles. The levels of the house are organized around the descent from the entrance to the house to the lower courtyard, and each level is connected to a matching level in the garden, which makes its way down to the valley.
